Comprehensive MOSH/MOAH training
We are providing comprehensive training content suitable also for beginners on all relevant topics of MOSH/MOAH analysis. The training is focussing on the key aspects of the fundamentals (including sources of contamination, legal assessment of MOSH/MOAH in food and FCM), hydrocarbon analysis (including sample preparation, instrumental set-up and function of HPLC-GC-FID, data interpretation and identification of subgroups), routine operation in an accredited environment (including quality assurance measures, use of references and control samples) and advanced analysis using two-dimensional GC (GCxGC).
